Payment
All orders require 100% upfront payment.
Any taxes or payment fees must be covered by the client.
If the remaining payment isn’t received within the given timeframe, the order may be cancelled.
If an order remains unpaid, Atomic reserves the right to:
Take back ownership of the designs.
Sell the files to another client.
Withhold delivery of files.
Use the files as Atomic sees fit.
Revisions
Revisions
Atomic welcomes reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope to make sure you’re happy.
Extra or major revisions outside the scope may incur an additional cost.
No direct duplication of another designers work will be done, out of respect for the original artist.

Delivery
Source files (PSD/SVGs) will only be provided if importing has not been ordered, or if branding is included.
Importing is not automatically included in orders. It may be offered as a free add-on or charged separately, depending on the project.
Full ownership of the final designs transfers to you only after full payment has been received. Until then, all work remains the property of Atomic and cannot be used, shared, or modified.
Refunds

Once the agreed design has been completed and delivered, refunds are no longer available.
If you start a chargeback instead of contacting Atomic directly, Atomic reserves the right to:
Take back ownership of the designs.
Sell the files to another client.
Withhold delivery of files.
Use the files as Atomic sees fit.
If there’s an unscheduled delay, you may be eligible for a refund.
The refund amount increases by 5% of the total cost per day, up to a maximum of 35% after 7 days.
If you decide to cancel before the project is finished, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Refunds depend on how far the project has progressed.
You’ll receive half the value of the remaining work.
This only applies to User Interface orders.
If you cancel your order and receive a refund, all files and design work remain the property of Atomic. You are not permitted to use, share, or modify any part of the cancelled project.

If delays happen due to events outside Atomic’s control (like natural disasters, illness, or emergencies), Atomic cannot be held responsible.
You shall be informed as soon as possible about when the project will continue and if a new deadline is needed.
